Shipping & Returns


The buyer is responsible for making all shipping arrangements in advance. We will gladly prepare your order for shipment with 5 working days notice before pick-up by your carrier. (Note: FedEx and UPS have restrictions on size and weight of shipments). If your carrier requires special handling, additional charges may apply. Seedlings are perishable and should be delivered overnight or maintained under refrigeration.

Rayonier can arrange for shipping your seedlings if necessary. Please request a quote for these services if you are unable to find suitable transportation. Payment is required in advance.

If your seedlings are shipped and there is a problem, please contact the nursery within 24 hours of receipt. If you picked up your seedlings from the nursery and recognize a problem, they must be returned within 24 hours for credit.
